Why it's dollars, not multipliers

A card advertising "4x points" tells you nothing until you know what a point is worth. Cardful converts every rate to a common unit, dollars per $100 spent, using a published, dated point valuation before cards are ranked. Override any of them from the popup if you redeem differently.
